AGPROfessionals’ Engineers Help an Idaho Manufacturer Expand Its Product Offerings

“Victory!” That was the word used by AGPROfessionals engineering client Top-Notch Builders when they were finally able to market one of their portable shed designs to customers throughout the state of Idaho.

Based in Buhl, Idaho, Top-Notch Builders manufactures greenhouses, utility sheds, tiny homes, and other portable structures. To move one of their popular utility shed designs to market, the company needed engineered, stamped structural plans and calculations that met Idaho state building requirements.

AGPROfessionals engineers provided stamped structural calculations for Top-Notch Builders’ utility shed design, accounting for the region’s wind speed and snow load requirements. In addition, we developed a complete set of structural documents, including floor plans in three widths, anchor plans, cross-sections, and elevation drawings.

The result is a versatile, thoughtfully engineered design that can be used as a greenhouse, a utility shed, or a combination of both, giving Top-Notch Builders the flexibility to offer customers multiple-use options with confidence.
